Shipping and Delivery

LinosSheathworks ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Shipping for orders over $40 is free

For orders less than $40 there is a flat charge of $3

International shipping

Additionally, while we cannot extend our domestic free shipping policy to our international customers, we do now accept orders from Canada. Customers from other countries please email us for info. International orders will be shipped via USPS. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. LinosSheathworks is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

A kydex sheath will only fit the knife that is made for and not a clone, counterfeit, or a “look alike” knife or a same knife with custom scales /handles

If you order one of the listed sheaths for your clone, counterfeit or a “look alike” knife and you wish to return it because it does not fit, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from date a customer receives an order. All returned products must be undamaged and in original condition and/or packaging for a refund or exchange.

These sheaths are made to order, if you ordered the wrong item and need to return it for a refund there will be a 25% restocking fee. I hate to do this, but I do make these custom to order. Please communicate with me before ordering if you have any questions.

Custom configured items are non-refundable.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund or exchange (your option).

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.

If you order one of the listed sheaths for your clone, counterfeit a “look alike” , similar knife, or same knife with custom scales /handles, semi custom or custom version of said knife and you wish to return it because it does not fit, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.

You(the purchaser) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returned items will be inspected and refunds will be issued within four business days of the receipt of returned items.

Undeliverable Packages:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address the USPS/FedEx recognizes and will deliver to. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable the customer will be responsible for subsequent shipping charges and all subsequent shipments will be sent with signature confirmation required.

If a package is returned as undeliverable and the customer elects to cancel the order for a refund, we will refund the order minus 25% restocking fee

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it`s shipped we will refund the whole amount, minus the (PayPal or CC) processing fees.

Custom printed Kydex

Orders containing Custom Printed Kydex are Non-Refundable.

MERCHANDISE APPEARANCE

Purchased products from this website, may appear different from the pictures contained in this website due different model of items made and due to the fact that the items are handmade, therefore slight variations are normal and not subject to return based on differing images.

Color display

Colors shown on the website may differ from colors viewed on your monitor. Orders are not subject to a refund based on differing colors.
