 If your knife is listed in our website then no, there is no need to send it in. 

  If it  is not listed,  i can make a sheath for it only if you send me your knife  

 Expect to pay close to as a knife with similar blade length in our store, plus shipping to and from (insurance is optional by your choice)

KYDEX SHEATHS ARE KNIFE SPECIFIC

A kydex sheath will only fit the knife that is made for, and not a clone, counterfeit a “look alike” , similar  or a same knife with custom scales /handles,  or a custom/semi-custom  version of said knife

If you order one of the listed sheaths  for your clone, counterfeit a “look alike”, custom or semi-custom version of said knife and you wish to return it because it does not fit, we  will  charge a 25% restocking fee. 

Depends on the mod.  For example, if it`s a folder with custom scales or  sometimes a pocket clip, then NO.

If it`s a  a "regrind" no problem
